3. OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Iron Business Blueprint LLC offers the following products and services, which may be updated or expanded from time to time:

• Live Workshops — including the Iron Business Blueprint Live Workshop ($17) and any future live or virtual events
• The Iron Business Blueprint — a 90-day group coaching program for independent gym owners
• Online Courses — self-paced educational programs available through our Kajabi platform
• Coaching Programs — additional one-on-one or group coaching engagements as offered

The specific content, format, price, and availability of each product or service is described at the point of purchase and is subject to change at our discretion.

 

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Kajabi's checkout system. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount due at the time of purchase. We do not store your full credit card or payment information on our own servers.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

Program Pricing: The price of the 90-Day Iron Business Blueprint coaching program is not publicly disclosed and is determined based on availability, cohort timing, and scholarship eligibility. Pricing will be communicated directly to applicants during the enrollment process.

 

5. REFUND POLICY

Live Workshops ($17): The $17 workshop registration fee is non-refundable. As a goodwill gesture, if you attend the live workshop and genuinely do not find value in the content presented, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a refund. Refund requests of this nature are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Online Courses: All sales of online courses are final. We do not offer refunds on online course purchases once access has been granted.

The 90-Day Iron Business Blueprint Coaching Program: All payments made toward the Iron Business Blueprint coaching program are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated refunds for any reason, including but not limited to failure to attend sessions, dissatisfaction with results, or early departure from the program.

Satisfaction Guarantee: In lieu of a refund policy, Iron Business Blueprint LLC offers the following satisfaction guarantee for the 90-Day Iron Business Blueprint coaching program: If you complete the full 90-day program, attend all required sessions, implement the coaching provided, and do not generate at least $30,000 in new revenue during the program period, we will continue to work with you at no additional charge until you reach that milestone.

To be eligible for the satisfaction guarantee, you must:

• Have completed all 90 days of the program
• Have attended all scheduled coaching calls or made documented good-faith efforts to attend
• Have implemented the strategies, systems, and frameworks taught in the program as directed by the coaches
• Submit a written request for continued coaching within 14 days of your program end date, along with documentation of your implementation efforts and revenue results

The satisfaction guarantee applies only to the 90-Day Iron Business Blueprint coaching program and does not apply to any other product, course, or service offered by Iron Business Blueprint LLC.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership: All content provided through Iron Business Blueprint LLC's website, workshops, coaching programs, and online courses — including but not limited to video recordings, written materials, templates, scripts, done-for-you resources, frameworks, presentations, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Iron Business Blueprint LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Limited License: Upon purchase of a product or program, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials provided solely for your own personal business use. This license does not grant you the right to:

• Share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials to any third party
• Use any materials for commercial purposes beyond the operation of your own gym or fitness business
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our materials
• Publish, post, or make available any of our materials on any public platform, social media, or website without our express written consent

Violations: Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of your access to our programs without refund and may subject you to legal action.

 

7. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Eligibility: Our products and services are intended for adults aged 18 and older who are operating or building independent gym or fitness businesses. By purchasing any product or enrolling in any program, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Scholarship Program: Eligibility for the Iron Business Blueprint scholarship requires registration for the $17 live workshop, completion of a scholarship application after registration, and attendance at the live workshop event. Scholarship awards are determined solely at the discretion of Iron Business Blueprint LLC. Not all applicants will receive a scholarship. Scholarship amounts and terms vary and will be communicated directly to recipients.

Code of Conduct: Iron Business Blueprint LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from any program, course, or event at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Removal from a program does not entitle the removed participant to a refund of any fees paid.

Your Responsibilities: You acknowledge that your results in any of our programs depend entirely on your own effort, implementation, and commitment. We provide the coaching, frameworks, and resources — the responsibility to apply them rests with you.

 

8. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

No Guarantee of Results: The revenue figures, business results, and success stories referenced in our marketing materials, website, social media, advertisements, workshops, and coaching programs — including but not limited to references to $300,000–$400,000 in annual gym revenue — represent the experiences of specific individuals under their own unique circumstances and are not a guarantee, promise, or representation that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Individual results will vary significantly based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to:

• Your current level of business experience and knowledge
• The size, location, and existing client base of your gym
• The amount of time, effort, and consistency you invest in implementing the coaching
• Your individual sales and marketing skills
• Local market conditions and competition
• Your financial resources and ability to invest in your business
• The degree to which you implement the strategies and systems taught in the program

No Income Guarantee: Nothing on our website, in our advertising, or in our programs constitutes a guarantee of income, revenue, or profit. Business involves inherent risk. By enrolling in any of our programs, you acknowledge that there is no assurance that you will generate any specific level of revenue or achieve any particular business outcome.

SMS Text Messages: By providing your phone number and affirmatively consenting to SMS communications through any of our opt-in forms, you consent to receive text messages from Iron Business Blueprint LLC. 10. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Our website, products, and services are delivered in part through third-party platforms including Kajabi and Go High Level. Your use of these platforms is also subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Iron Business Blueprint LLC is not responsible for the terms, practices, or actions of any third-party platform.

No Warranties: Iron Business Blueprint LLC provides all products and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New Jersey in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to resolve any disputes with Iron Business Blueprint LLC on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Iron Business Blueprint LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
